About ME

My name is KC Lawrence and 4 years ago my life changed forever.  I was a stay at home new mom who was overweight, tired, and unhappy.  I had reached my limit.  I woke up one day and realized that this is not what I wanted my life to look like.  This was not the person I dreamed I would be. This is not the wife and mom I wanted to be. This was not the woman I wanted to be.  I NEEDED A CHANGE.

My daughter was 9 months when I decided my life needed to make a change.
I lost 37 pounds in my first 90 days with our Virtual Online Studio.  My energy was through the roof, I felt a million times better, and I had the best body I ever have in my whole life, even after baby!  It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t always fun, but it was the best decision I ever made and the journey has been nothing but AMAZING.  It taught me what it felt like to truly love myself for who I was, be proud of myself and my accomplishments and most importantly, allowed me to be the positive role model for my family that I always wanted to be.

As my journey went on, my confidence grew and my world changed, the charismatic and energetic soul found her way back into my life.  I was no longer hiding behind friends, partying, and being a “new mom”.  I found a new passion in something completely different and positive. That passion started to shine in all aspects of my life.  My family was happier because I was happier.  My life had changed.  As people in my life started seeing this change and asking me what was going on, I realized something.  I realized there are millions of other people out there JUST LIKE ME.  People in the exact same spot I was, needing a solution!  It was at this point I knew realized I needed to pay my success forward and be that change.  After all, it would be a sin not to share this.

I made the decision become a coach as a way for others to join me on my journey to better me.  Being a new mom with very low maternity income, my soon to be husband in school and working very little night shift hours, and living with my parents, the extra income I started to make to help with bills was a blessing.  It really took a major strain off our relationship (and we all know how hard pregnancy relationships are!).  There was light at the end of the tunnel.  As the success in my own journey continued so did the success of so many others who were joining me in this battle.  I was incredibly blessed to be growing a team of individuals with the same beliefs, dreams, and goals as me.  I am walking beside these people, pushing them to reach their highest potential.  BLESSING OR WHAT!?!

All because of three little changes.  Fitness, Nutrition and Support.
4 years later, I AM HERE! I have founded a team of over 600 AMAZING men and women, together in this fight!  I am helping them build their life by design with The INFERNO BRIGADE.  The Inferno Brigade is my organization of coaches, People just like you and me, driven to help others make dreams come true!  Along the way, we have all realized what is truly important to us.  Physically, nutritionally, and financially.  We have all made a promise.  We will help END THE TREND of obesity!!
